4. How to use Black Aluminum Oxide Artifical Corundum to Make Coated Abrasives?
One application is use the pure black aluminum oxide to make the above products for polishing various
workpieces especially for stainless steel polishing.
When making the above products,It is suggested to increase the ratio of black aluminum oxide and use more
coarse grain size to enhance the final durability.
The other application is mixing black aluminum oxide with other higher hardness and durability abrasives such
as brown alumium oxide,silicon carbide to make the above products.Then it will with other higher hardness
and durability abrasives such as brown alumium oxide,silicon carbide.
It is suggested to use more coarse black alumina grit to partly replace the original grit of brown alumina or
silicon carbide,then maintain the other grit size as the original one.
The specific mixture ratio could be achieved by experience.
