1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting Media
Ceramic Bead Blasting is also called as ceramic blasting meida or zirconia sand,selecting the high-quality
zircon sand as main raw material, then fused in arc furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees.
It is one clean and efficient blasting media in round solid shape.
Compared with glass beads,ceramic beads has lower breakdown rate,which will provide one clean and
bright blasting condition,it will replace glass beads where one clean working condition is required.
In addition,ceramic beads has high hardness and smooth surface and good elasticity,which can be
rebounded in multi-angles,especially suitable for metal surface finish.
